The sea temperature on the island of Lastovo is very high and suitable for swimming during most of the year. Lastovo island is located in the southern part of the Adriatic Sea which has higher sea temperatures than the northern part of the Adriatic, and in addition, Lastovo island records higher sea temperatures than the average sea temperature of the entire Republic of Croatia and sea temperatures in Dalmatia.
