Sea temperature - Srima

The temperature of the sea in Srima is highest in the summer months – June, July and August. Since Srima is located near Vodice, the sea temperature in Srima is similar to the sea temperature in Vodice, but the sea temperature in Šibenik can often be higher than the sea temperature in Srima. Srima owes its sea temperature to the large number of sunny hours it has annually and mild winters with little rainfall and hot dry summers. The wind has a significant effect on the sea temperature in Srima, mixing cold deep sea and heated surface sea. The sea temperature in Srima is similar to the average sea temperature in Croatia and the average sea temperature in Dalmatia.
